Dr. Nyadi Francios
Executive Director/Researcher
Nyadi Francios, (Ph.D) is a researcher and peacebuilder with specialty in Prevention of Conflict and Violent Extremism, Counter-Insurgency, Political Economy and Indigenous Knowledge Systems. He has been involved in these areas for the past 8 years.
He is a European Commission Peace Scholar; One Young World Peace Ambassador and a Protection of Civilians (PoC) alumnus from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC) Accra, Ghana. Dr. Nyadi is a Research Affiliate with the Refugee and Migration Lab (RML), a member of the Research and Action for Peace (RecAP) Network; a Peace Ambassador at the Institute for Economics and Peace; a member of Commonwealth Youth, Peace Ambassador Network, Charter Rotaractor at Global Rotaract eClub of Social Innovators (RoeSI) and Envoy for Peace and Democracy certified by NewSETA and Cameroon's Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education. He actively participates in both national and international workshops and conferences, where he delivers academic and professional presentations. Notably, he was a speaker in a session hosted by the European Commission at the One Young World Summit 2022 in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Dr. Nyadi is the founder of One Peace and a former humanitarian aid worker with local and INGOs. From 2016 to 2025, he served with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) Cameroon Mission and Reach Out Cameroon, making significant contributions to humanitarian interventions, peacebuilding, and community development in the North West and South West regions of Cameroon. He also worked with Citizenship and Nonviolence Education Centre (CINEC) and has done consultancies with national and international non-profit organisations in impact evaluation. His research experience spans across West and Central Africa and he has several publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals. He holds a Ph.D and Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution, and a second master's in History from the University of Buea (UB), Cameroon.
In his free time, Dr. Nyadi enjoys playing with his child, graphic design, web development, hiking, and photography.
Nkwyiri Marina (Ph.D-c)
Community Outreach Manager/Researcher
Nkwiyir Marina Mungfub is a researcher with international experience. She has participated in many research/academic conferences within Cameroon and beyond. In 2022, she was a panelist at an international conference organised by SLAFCO entitled “Slavery in Africa: Knowledge and Openings” in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Her presentation focused on historically migrant workers in the coastal region of Cameroon: slave descendants between ideological hegemony and political powerlessness. Also in 2022, as a member of the AFRAB Cameroon team, she participated at the conference on “La recherche sur les esclavages dans le monde: un état des lieux” jointly organised by l’Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie and la Fondation pour la Mémoire de l’Esclavage, in Dakar -Sénégal. She holds a B.A in History, M.A in History and a PhD candidate at the University of Buea. Marina is a charter member of One Peace and has been involved in peacebuilding and nonviolence advocacy for over 8 years.
Nfor Ethel Mulih
Livelihood and Economic Inclusion Coordinator
Nfor Ethel Mulih has over 5 years of experience in food security and livelihood. Nfor holds a master's degree in Agriculture with specialisation in Crop Production. Ethel is a charter member of One Peace and she is committed to reducing the rate of hunger and poverty in conflict-affected communities in Cameroon.
Budzi Nelson Ntah
IT Officer
Nelson is a highly skilled IT expert with a diploma in Computer Science from ENSET, University of Bamenda. His expertise spans web development, data protection, and security systems, including CCTV installations. As a charter member, Nelson has played an instrumental role in our team’s success.
Currently serving as the IT Officer at One Peace, he is deeply passionate about youth-led innovations. He spearheads digital literacy and technology-for-peace programs, empowering young people with tech-based skills for job creation and employability. His dedication to fostering innovation and digital growth makes him a vital asset to our mission.
Doris Chindo
Research and Policy Advocacy Officer
Doris Chindo is a law and international relations graduate based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. With a strong interest in humanitarian work, she has experience supporting peacebuilding and community development initiatives, including with Preggy Cameroon. She is passionate about human rights, conflict resolution, and international cooperation. Doris serves as One Peace’s Research and Policy Advocacy Officer.
Akiumbeni Willy
Program Officer
Willy Akiumbeni is a project and programs professional with over 10 years of experience working with the government and non-governmental organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science Degree, an MBA in Management and a Master’s in Disaster and Risk Management. He has occupied various positions including Head of Human Rights and Governance Department and Project Manager with Reach Out Cameroon, Country Manager at Unite for Health Foundation, Area Supervisor with Plan International Cameroon, Field Coordinator in Public Health with the Bamenda Center for Health Promotion and Research/Tuberculosis Reference Laboratory, Supervisor of Independent Monitors with the World Health Organization, and Senior Nursing Officer at the Bamenda Regional Hospital. Willy is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable persons in underserved and conflict-affected communities and is committed to using his expertise in promotion peace and social cohesion. Willy serves as Programs Officer at One Peace.
Elizabeth Etondi Elinge
Program Officer
Elizabeth Etondi Elinge holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Buea, Cameroon. She is passionate about peacebuilding and social change activities aimed at transforming societies from violent to peaceful, focusing on building constructive relationships, resolving injustice nonviolently, and strengthening national capacities for conflict management. Elizabeth believes that together, we can build a safe environment for positive peace and make the world a better place one step at a time. She is a Program Officer at One Peace.
Nkaekoh Geomorius Folefac
Program Assistant
Nkaekoh Geomorius Folefac, is currently pursuing a Master’s in Conflict Resolution at the University of Buea, Cameroon, after earning a BSc in International Relations. During his internship at the Cameroon Human Rights Commission (CHRC), he educated civilians on fundamental rights, documented cases, and supported follow up on violations. In 2022, he participated in co organizing the Silicon Mountain Conference on sustainable digital economies, bringing together thousands of young technologists and startups from across the region and beyond. Driven by a passion for peacebuilding, he has participated in seminars on conflict prevention and civilian security and volunteered with the Nkong Hill Top Association for Development, applying his academic knowledge to support community initiatives. Outside his professional pursuits, he enjoys traveling, singing and gaming.
Leinyuy Rosette
Program Officer
Leinyuy Rosette is a gender and climate justice advocate dedicated to promoting climate action and gender equality. She is a Peace Ambassador and holds Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Buea, Cameroon. Rosette believes that sports is a powerful tool for conflict resolution and positive community transformation. She is a two-time Golden Medalist in handball, she engages in advocacy for climate justice and women’s sexual and reproductive health and rights, constantly seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and impact.
Marie Boh Ngwafang
Program Assistant
Marie Boh N. Ngwafang is One Peace’s Program Assistant based in Bamenda, Cameroon. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Technology. As a dedicated case worker/manager and psychosocial counsellor with experience in community support through the CoSMO project at Shisong Catholic Hospital, she is passionate about serving humanity and making a profound impact. With a background in Management sciences, she brings strong communication support, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills to her work. She values collaboration, adaptability, and building strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. Bezacha Linda Nkengasong
Program Assistant
Bezacha Linda Nkengasong is a passionate public health professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Parasitology and Medical Laboratory Technology and a Master’s degree in Epidemiology and Control of Infectious Diseases. She has served as a Public Health Associate with Reach Out NGO under the Global Fund project. With a strong commitment to infectious disease prevention, community health, and peacebuilding, she brings valuable field experience and a collaborative spirit to support program implementation and community engagement. With a background in public health and over three years of experience supporting vulnerable populations in conflict-affected communities, she has seen how conflict and inequality hinder development and wellbeing, which inspires her to contribute to peacebuilding efforts.
Ajua Brenda
Program Assistant
Ajuah Brenda is a committed and impact driven professional. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Public Administration. Brenda’s academic and professional journey has equipped her with a firm foundation in governance, policy implementation, peacebuilding, social justice, community engagement and youth empowerment which are values that align with the mission of One Peace. She contributes meaningfully to initiatives that promote inclusive development, dialogue, equity, empowerment and long, lasting peace in the society. Brenda serves as a Program Assistant at One Peace.
Suika Aurelia Wonyuyfoon
Program Assistant
Suika Aurelia Wonyuyfoon is a dedicated and passionate advocate committed to empowering women, advocating for youth, promoting children’s welfare, supporting the elderly, and fostering inclusivity for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). With a strong focus on community development, Suika brings both expertise and compassion to her work. She holds a B.Sc in Women and Gender Studies with Journalism and Mass Communication, which has provided her with a solid foundation for her advocacy and community engagement efforts. Suika has gained valuable experience working with various organisations, where she has excelled in collaborating with community groups, facilitating workshops and events, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders.
Her project organisation and planning skills are demonstrated through her ability to coordinate projects from conception to implementation, manage timelines and resources effectively, and evaluate project outcomes to ensure meaningful impact.Suika’s journey has equipped her with a diverse skill set and numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth. She remains deeply committed to serving her community and is eager to continue making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Eyenga Claris Ndum
Program Assistant
Eyenga Claris Ndum holds an MSc in Conflict Resolution from the University of Buea. She is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, peacebuilding, and children's rights. With experience in community development and mentoring, Eyenga actively contributes to local and regional initiatives that promote sustainable change and inclusive dialogue. Her work centers on creating safe, supportive spaces where young people can lead, learn, and thrive.
Besong Ludovich
Program Assistant
Besong Ludovich is a humanitarian and development professional with a focus on humanities, peace, and environmental protection. He has extensive experience in the humanitarian sector, particularly in response programs for persons affected by the sociopolitical crisis in the South West region of Cameroon, specifically in Meme and Kupe Muaneguba. In this capacity, he served as a field investigator, collaborating with communities, youth leaders, mobilizers, and health workers to monitor the success of humanitarian projects through data collection, entry, and reporting, working closely with a MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) team.
As a peace advocate, Besong leads the team at Wilson Malala’s Initiatives, founded by one of Cameroon’s youngest peace and environmental protection advocates. The initiative uses poetry and spoken word art as tools for advocacy. Recognizing the direct relationship between peace and environmental protection, Besong is particularly interested in waste management and awareness-raising efforts, especially regarding plastic pollution. He has actively participated in initiatives aimed at addressing this issue.
Roland Nji Kwe
Program Assistant
Roland Nji Kwe is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the teaching profession. He possesses a distinguished blend of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. He holds a B.A. in History and an M.A. in Educational Management, with a specialization in Project Management, from the University of Yaoundé I—an academic journey that equipped him with up-to-date knowledge and expertise in managing educational institutions. He has had the pleasure of working in some of Yaoundé's most reputable schools, where he developed strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, and demonstrated his capabilities in team leadership and effective communication. His service in various roles—including Head Teacher, Assistant Head Teacher, Public Relations Officer, and Discipline Master—has deepened his understanding of maintaining discipline, creatively resolving challenges, and driving academic excellence.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Roland is passionate about contributing to his local community. He actively engages in initiatives that promote social development and foster unity. He currently serves as a Program Assistant based in the North West region of Cameroon. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his children, watching films, and participating in agricultural activities. These pastimes allow him to unwind and recharge, fueling his creativity and passion for his professional endeavors.
Bienvenu Gaius Saleh
Program Assistant
Bienvenu Gaius Saleh is a committed young leader and student of International Relations and Conflict Resolution at the University of Buea. He is passionate about peacebuilding and community service. He believes that dialogue, cooperation and youth engagement are essential for stronger and more harmonious societies. In addition to serving as Secretary General of JCI UB and member of the Commonwealth UB chapter, he has also volunteered in several organizations such as the International Center for Conflict, Peace and Legal Studies (ICCPLS) and the Global Health System Solutions (GHSS). With strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills, Bienvenu is committed to making a significant contribution to One peace's mission of fostering lasting Peace and building a better world.
